Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Serves 4-6 people

Ingredients

1 19oz can chickpeas
1/3 cup reserved liquid from chickpea can (aquafaba) 
1/3 cup tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
juice squeezed from 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1 roasted red pepper (jarred or baked in oven)
Optional garnishes:
chickpeas, smoked paprika, extra virgin olive oil

Recipe

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Transfer to a dip bowl. Garnish and Enjoy :)
