Creamy Vegan Butter Sage Sauce | “Salsa di Burro e Salvia”
Serves 4
Ingredients
8 tbsp vegan butter
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped fresh sage leaves
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
salt to taste
Recipe
1. Put a saucepan on the stove and heat it up on medium-high. When the pan is hot, add in the butter and allow it to melt.
2. Add in the minced garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add in the sage leaves, black pepper and salt.
4. Lower the heat and cook until the butter is lightly browned (5-10 minutes). Make sure the butter does not burn.
